I dont know if i can handle work. Everything i do goes wrong or if i open my mouth then i get into arguments with them. I may get my doctor to do a note to say that i cant work anymore just for a little while. As i doubt they will let me have any time off becuase i am their main person for doing all the overtime. I cant be bothered with life anymore.

Taking a holiday is a great idea, go and do something you enjoy and come back a little less stressed. Have you been given ideas of how to stop your panic attacks? My Doctor gave me an incredibly good book to read, sort of like a self help program. I didn't even finish it, and my attacks were pretty severe.
You just need to find something you can enjoy doing, if all you have to look forward to is a job where you don't feel appreciated then it'll be hard to see the point. What did you enjoy doing at school? What are you interested in?
I think you just need a well deserved break
Take care x -

No i just take beta blockers for them, ive got a self help book at home which helps sometimes. What was the self help book that you thought was good. I liked physical things like p.e and technology where you make and cook stuff when i was at school. Nowadays i just dont know what i like. I will try and think of something that i like doing. I will try and take a holiday just away from it all for a couple of days.

Do you know anyone who you could go on holiday with , like , a week or two in a nice hotel at a nice resort maybe in the algarve ?
That may be just the tonic you need , though I respect that some people do'nt like travelling .
I'm sure you'd be fully entitled to be signed off of work for at least a month , though maybe another job , in a quieter , gentler environment might be much better for you ? -

You really need to have a break, your work is not helping you feel better and if you can just get away for even a few days with a friend it could make a big difference. Please never feel alone we always here for you i suffer badly from depression and the support from my friends in blogland are my lifeline to keep me sane. *big hug*

so why don't you resign and take a holiday. Worry about it when you come back
